Summary

You will be responsible forthe efficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager - Housekeeping is responsible to assist the Housekeeping Manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the housekeeping department, including the training and supervision of Room Attendants and Team Leaders.

Qualifications

Ideally holds a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager or Housekeeping Supervisor in a hotel or resort environment.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Basic to intermediate proficiency in spoken and written English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer operations.
Ability to effectively lead and motivate a housekeeping team while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
