Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Manager, located in Bangkok City, Thailand, with the option for some work from home. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate team activities, and work closely with senior management to implement strategies. They will ensure project deadlines are met, assist with team performance evaluations, and contribute to process improvements. The role also involves managing client relationships and ensuring the team meets organizational goals effectively.

Qualifications

  • Leadership, team coordination, and project management skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with communication tools and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to perform data analysis, report preparation, and implement process improvements
  • Experience with customer relationship management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Previous management or team leadership experience is a plus
  • Fluency in English; fluency in Thai is an advantage
