Drive Digital Transformation and Continuous Improvement in Healthcare

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Manager, Healthcare Transformation & Digital Innovationto support the development and implementation of transformation programmes within a forward-looking healthcare environment. You'll collaborate with clinical, operational and corporate stakeholders to identify service gaps, develop improvement opportunities and translate innovative ideas into practical solutions.

This role offers broad exposure to smart healthcare initiatives, digital transformation, automation, AI and service redesign.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Support the development of Smart Hospital strategies, transformation frameworks, roadmaps and implementation plans.
Engage clinical, operational and corporate stakeholders to understand existing processes, identify operational challenges and uncover areas for improvement.
Conduct market research, environmental scans, industry benchmarking and trend analysis to identify emerging healthcare technologies and innovative practices.
Support transformation programmes covering areas such as Smart Clinic, Smart Ward and Smart Radiology, with a focus on patient experience, workforce effectiveness and operational performance.
Identify potential applications for AI, automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) across healthcare workflows.
Assess proposed technology and automation opportunities based on operational requirements, feasibility, expected benefits and implementation considerations.
Plan and coordinate training sessions, workshops and stakeholder engagement activities to encourage adoption of new digital tools and technologies.
Support the end-to-end planning and delivery of innovation, transformation and continuous improvement projects.
Track project progress, key milestones, risks, resources, dependencies, deliverables and intended outcomes across multiple initiatives.
Facilitate collaboration between multidisciplinary teams to support effective implementation and integration of new solutions.
Prepare business cases, management papers, presentations, project updates and supporting documentationfor transformation initiatives.
Coordinate Smart Hospital demonstrations, innovation showcases, project exhibitions and stakeholder visits.
Develop communication materials that clearly present project objectives, achievements, benefits and outcomes.
Provide secretariat support for committees, working groups and project meetings, including preparation of agendas, meeting minutes and action tracking.
Contribute to workflow redesign and continuous improvement initiatives designed to strengthen productivity, service quality and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Recognised University Degree, preferably in Health Sciences, Social Sciences, Business, Healthcare Management, Public Health or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare, community care, social care, programme management, innovation, transformation or a related sector.
Experience in project management, strategic planning, service redesign or digital transformation will be advantageous.
Exposure to healthcare technology, AI, automation, digitalisation or process improvement approaches is an added advantage.
Strong project coordination, analytical thinking, problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation and report-writing skills.
Able to manage multiple workstreams and competing deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Strong systems-thinking ability, with the capability to translate strategic objectives into practical and sustainable initiatives.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio.
Genuine interest in healthcare innovation, digital transformation, AI, automation and continuous improvement.
