Assistant Manager - Own Brand Marketing

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategic content plans for communication related to Makro own brand products and FR campaigns.
2. Assist in creating detailed content calendars and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals and product launches.
3. Assist in planning and execution of events and launches, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across all communication channels.
4. Managing communications and work with vendors, KOLs, and agencies to create the marketing activities and develop supporting assets.
5. Execute all marketing materials across omni-channel (ATL, BTL).
6. Analyze market data and consumer feedback to craft targeted communication strategies that enhance brand positioning and address market opportunities.
7. Work closely with the production team to ensure content creation aligns with strategic plans and meets brand standards.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that communications are integrated with product development, operations, and other key areas.
9. Evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns and strategies through data analysis and metrics tracking.
10. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing communication, preferably in the retail/wholesales or consumer goods sector.
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills, high attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
• Strong knowledge of content development
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively in developing marketing strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
