The Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for the following marketing tasks:
1. Conduct monthly market survey and competitors analyses.
2. Develop and present monthly marketing plans and strategies with manager, including proposing appropriate budgets for both online and offline communication channels.
3. Oversee content creation, provide guidance on graphic design, and ensure all messaging aligns with brand identity standards.
4. Supervise and monitor media placements handled by agencies across both online and offline platforms.
5. Prepare weekly reports detailing leads, project visits (walk-ins), and expenses, comparing them against established targets.
6. Participate in regular meetings with the Sales and Operations teams.
7. Occasionally organizing events and introducing new promotions to drive sales.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing or Business Administration.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in residential real estate marketing.
3. Proven track record of achievements with credible references.
4. Excellent personality, proactive, creative, eager to learn, and good communication skills.
5. Ability to work well in a team.
6. Own a personal car and be able to travel to project sites in Bangkok and surrounding areas.
