Role Overview

We are hiring an Assistant Payroll Manager to lead US payroll processing and support monthly financial books closing during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• US Payroll Management: End-to-end processing of multi-state US payroll using ADP, QuickBooks, and other tools; manage tax withholdings, deductions, and federal/state compliance.
• Books Closing & Accounting: Assist with month-end and year-end closing, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and payroll-to-GL matching.
• Reporting & Audits: Reconcile payroll registers and resolve payroll or ledger discrepancies.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in US payroll administration and general accounting.
• Hands-on proficiency with ADP, QuickBooks , and Advanced MS Excel.
• CA Intern background preferred, or equivalent finance degree.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Flexibility to work full-time night shifts.
