Direct Supervision: Lead, mentor, and elevate a cross-functional team consisting of Lead CG artists, video editors, copywriters/creatives, and production staff.
Pipeline Optimization: Establish, streamline, and maintain efficient pre- and post-production workflows to handle high-volume content demands without compromising quality.
Resource Allocation: Assign tasks, manage project timelines, and balance team workloads across concurrent campaigns.
Pre-Production & Creative Strategy
Concept Development: Collaborate with creative and marketing teams during ideation to evaluate technical feasibility and plan execution strategies for complex visual concepts.
Technical Planning: Oversee storyboarding and pre-visualization, ensuring that shooting requirements align perfectly with post-production needs.
Advanced Post-Production & Quality Assurance
Technical Direction: Act as the senior technical authority on advanced post-production techniques, guiding the team through complex green-screen compositing, rotoscoping, 3D asset integration, and advanced color grading.
Creative Gatekeeping: Review all final outputs to ensure impeccable visual polish, flawless composite lighting, and strict adherence to brand guidelines before stakeholder review.
Feedback Integration: Interpret high-level stakeholder feedback into actionable, technical directives for the editing and CG teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field
At least 4 years of experience as a Video motion and Graphic Designer
Good skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
Strong understanding of art fundamentals, composition, and color theory
Proven ability to inspire creative teams, manage diverse personalities, and foster a collaborative environment.
