Responsibilities:
- To lead, manage and support the team to complete the product registration with Thai FDA (Food, Cosmetic, Medical Device, Dangerous Goods) and DLD (Pet Food).
- To ensure product registration can be completed in a timely manner.
- To do final review of artwork to ensure the product labeling is in compliance.
- To regularly check, update and feedback on any change in regulatory requirements or standards that will have an impact on the company.
- To prepare relevant documents for shipment clearance when required
- To work closely with Customer Service to resolve any complaint from customers.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree in Pharmaceutical, Food Technology, Science or any other related field.
- At least 8 years experience in registering products with Thai FDA, especially Food.
- Experience in quality management system and Pet Food are added advantage.
- Preferably with good command of English.
- Detail-oriented with substantial regulation knowledge.
- Good leadership skills and team management.
- Ability to work independently and mature.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
