Location: Bangkok – Italthai Tower

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Assistant Manager to join our team and support our growing Freight Forwarding & Logistics business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support sales activities for freight forwarding and logistics services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable logistics solutions
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, and other related documents
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service operations
• Follow up on sales opportunities and support the team in achieving sales targets
• Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions
• Ensure all work processes comply with company standards and customer requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Freight Forwarding or Logistics
• Good understanding of freight forwarding and logistics processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Good command of English
• Computer literate and proficient in basic MS Office programs
• Own a car and hold a valid driving license, with the ability to travel to meet clients or work outside the office when required
