Position: Assistant Sales Manager – Outbound Travel Services

Working location: One Pacific building, closed to BTS Nana

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Your Role:

As the Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a key role in both business development and team

leadership — helping to grow our client base while coaching and motivating the sales

team to meet their targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell our land arrangements and travel services to existing and new
• clients.
• Develop new business opportunities and grow key accounts across B2B
• segments.
• Lead and support the sales team to meet individual and team sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both potential and current clients.
• Monitor team performance, analyze data, and prepare consolidated sales
• reports.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure service excellence.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of sales experience in the travel or hotel industry, with hands-on
• team management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong communicator, fluent in spoken and written English.
• A people-person with strong leadership, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker who's results-driven and motivated to grow.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, multinational environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
