After a one-week induction as Associate Consultant, you will be given the opportunity to support active recruitment projects. You will also learn sourcing techniques, face-to-face interview candidates and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Your key responsibilities include.
[Recruitment]
- Sourcing candidates via various channels such as Adecco CRM, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Attracting high potential candidates and developing dynamic candidate database.
- Applying Skills and Behavior-based interviewing techniques to source candidates.
- Providing career advice and guidance to candidates.
- Keeping both candidates and clients informed about the status of end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Managing multiple recruitment projects and pipelines.
[Business Development]
- Developing your own interested client's portfolio.
- Offering a full spectrum of HR services, maintaining high standard service quality.
- Meet with clients, building business relationships with key stakeholders.
- Managing weekly/monthly/quarterly activities targets, finally a Sales target with high incentives.
