Associate Director of Finance

The Assistant Director, Finance is a key leadership role supporting the Director, Finance in driving financial performance and leading the Finance team.

We are looking for an energetic, proactive, adaptable, and business-minded finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment, leads the team with confidence, takes ownership, and responds quickly to changing business needs.

The role oversees daily financial operations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and internal controls while working closely with hotel departments and Corporate Finance. The successful candidate will combine strong financial knowledge with a practical mindset, good communication skills, and a passion for developing people and improving the way we work.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the Finance team, creating an energetic, supportive, and accountable working environment.
• Work confidently in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and take ownership of issues through to resolution.
• Partner with HODs and operational teams, providing practical financial guidance and helping them understand the financial impact of business decisions.
• Support the Director, Finance and confidently step up to lead the Finance function when required, ensuring smooth operations and clear communication.
