We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially driven professional to join our team as Asset Management & Portfolio Optimization Lead.
This role is responsible for identifying, quantifying, and prioritizing value creation opportunities across our existing asset portfolio. It focuses on asset utilization, yield enhancement, and capital efficiency, translating operating realities into investment-grade insights and ensuring these insights are converted into actionable initiatives with measurable portfolio impact.
The role will also support broader Strategic Growth initiatives, including selected growth projects and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Asset Management & Optimization
- Conduct structured asset utilization and performance reviews across priority assets or clusters
- Identify under-utilized spaces, margin leakage, and yield enhancement opportunities
- Assess asset performance beyond P&L, including capital intensity, space efficiency, and return on invested capital
Portfolio Insight & Decision Support
- Translate operating data into clear, decision-grade insights for portfolio discussions
- Develop and maintain opportunity matrices (e.g., impact vs. effort; short- vs. long-term)
- Support capital allocation decisions through objective analysis and scenario modeling
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations and Brand teams to understand asset realities and constraints
- Partner with Finance to align asset-level insights with financial performance and returns
- Support early-stage discussions on asset repurposing, reinvestment, and optimization initiatives
Framework & Capability Building
- Establish repeatable frameworks and tools for asset optimization and portfolio analysis
- Help institutionalize a consistent, fact-based approach to asset-level decision making
- Contribute to portfolio reviews and materials for senior management and governance forums
