Main Roles & Responsibilities
- Strategy Execution & PMO Leadership Translate corporate and BU strategies into measurable execution through PMO governance
- Drive cross-functional initiatives and remove execution bottlenecks across operations, production, and supply chain
- Establish project governance, timelines, and performance tracking mechanisms
2. Governance & Performance Management Lead monthly governance cadence and KPI reviews with BU and corporate leadership
- Align BU KPIs with corporate strategy and annual business plans
- Develop dashboards, executive reports, and facilitate management reviews and follow-ups
3. Business Development & Feasibility Conduct end-to-end feasibility studies and business case analysis for operational upgrades and new ventures (HVAC, energy, industrial sectors)
- Support market analysis, partnership evaluation, and incubation of new business opportunities
- Develop financial models (ROI, IRR, payback) to support investment decisions
4. Stakeholder & Change Leadership Collaborate closely with BU leaders, site teams, Finance, HR, and corporate functions to drive alignment and execution
- Synthesize complex operational and business data into clear, actionable insights for senior management
- Drive change initiatives and ensure organizational buy-in across the organization
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
- Professional Experience: * 4–5 years of experience in Business Planning, Operations, Production Support, or Supply Chain.
Other Requirements:
- Proven experience in Project Management (PMO) and conducting Feasibility Studies.
- Experience in strategic planning, performance management, or corporate strategy is preferred
- Experience supporting industrial commercial or multi-business or group structure is a plus
- Advanced analytical skills and data visualization.
