Associate Product Consultant (Contract 2 yrs)

Job Summary:

Conducting as Technical Product/Service consultant (Pre-sale) of company to attract prospective customers or clients before and/or after product launch. As an Associate Technical Consulting role, tasks and duties may include supporting identifying prospects for business opportunities under the guidance of senior team members. In addition, this role will assist in preparing pitches/ presentations to provide product information/knowledge to prospects, working closely with internal marketing and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Support senior consultants in providing consultation to prospects and clients to understand digital technology and solutions that suit business requirements, by developing a working knowledge of SCB TechX's solutions and capabilities to help identify right-fit options for customers/prospects.
• Support the Delivery team during the project's initial phase (1 – 2 months) by helping prepare and organize documentation related to solutions stated in the Statement of Work, coordinating meetings and tracking action items between the Sales and Delivery teams and compiling inputs for project sizing under the guidance of senior consultants.
• Assist in preparing business proposals content to support business and technical feasibility discussions with relevant parties under the guidance of senior consultants.
• Support the sales bidding process by responding to RFI's & RFP's and POC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Management, Software engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT-Project Management, Business Analyst, System Analyst, or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience will also be considered).
• Practices and understanding the concept of agile development framework and SDLC.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills both of Thai and English.
• Experienced in concrete technical sales and demonstrated analytical skills (preferred).
• Experienced in the systems integrator company (preferred).
