Automotive Quality Engineer - IC , Semiconductor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Engineer to join our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading automotive programs and Integrating Customer Specific Requirements initiatives into our manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance to all customer CSR and Automotive Requirements.

Responsibilities

• Being a champion for overall UTL Automotive process control and practice
• Center for UTL automotive product/service promotor
• Coordinate to support automotive standard and customer requirement/projects
• Gate review and trigger automotive product and control
• Update procedure to corresponding with moving requirement from customer and also external standard
• Training and educating the automotive knowledge/awareness
• Support automotive program to applicable area in UTAC
• Review the functional specifications, business requirement for automotive automation projects from customers
• Design and implement the automated process to support automotive requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science related field
• 2 - 8 years EXP in IC or Electrical manufacturing in position of Quality Engineer, NPI or Process Engineer
• Basic problem-solving skills using established methodologies including 8D, SPC, Why-why analysis, QC7 tools, etc.
• Knowledge of APQP, VDA6.3, IATF or quality system
• Take accountability and ownership
• Good command of spoken and written English (TOEIC>650)
