Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive trade marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives, drive sales, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of innovative trade marketing programs, including promotions, merchandising activities, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of trade marketing programs. Identify areas for improvement and optimize resource allocation.
  • Understand customers need using market and shopper data. Utilize insights from identify key sources of sales and transaction growth and synergize the category portfolio.
  • Lead and manage teams of trade marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance.

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Category Development, or related fields.
  • Very good understanding and experience in retail business or consumer products.
  • Promotion planning and analytical skills.
  • Leadership and coaching skills.
  • Good command of English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Problem solving skills
