Understand customers need using market and shopper data. Utilize insights from identify key sources of sales and transaction growth and synergize the category portfolio.
Lead and manage teams of trade marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance.
Qualifications:
At least 10 years experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Category Development, or related fields.
Very good understanding and experience in retail business or consumer products.
Promotion planning and analytical skills.
Leadership and coaching skills.
Good command of English communication skills, both written and spoken
