1. Job Purpose:
Manager - Investor Relations position is accountable for assisting Group Director of Investor Relations in crafting investment story for the company while also communicating with investment community. Good relationships must be maintained with investors, analysts and shareholders.
2. Main Responsibilities:
- financial and non-financial information of the company's as well as competitors
- industry landscape, business trends, capital markets
- to develop investment story for the company
- investor presentations, MD&A, press releases, annual report and other IR materials
- to questions and correspondences from investors, analysts and shareholders
- and improves good relationships with investors, analysts and shareholders
- analyst meetings and coordinate with regards to conferences, roadshows, earnings conference calls and investor meetings
- investor database and IR website
3. Job Specifications:
Qualification
- numerical and analytical skills and ability to leverage results of analysis
- personal and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels
- and well-organized
- written, verbal and presentation skills in both Thai and English
- to work in a limited time frame
- computer literacy in Microsoft Office - Excel, Power Point
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields
Experience
- 7-10 years of financial related role or experience in Investor Relations, provided that the above specifications can be demonstrated
