Job Description

Frontyr Digital is a Thai-based technology company specializing in Media Cloud Infrastructure. We are the only company in Thailand with hands-on experience implementing end-to-end Tencent Media Cloud solutions — from architecture design and system integration to ongoing optimization for enterprise clients.

The Role

We run Account-Based Marketing (ABM) laser-focused on the media and content industry. Every piece of content we produce has one objective: create opportunities for our sales team to land meetings with target accounts. We're looking for a B2B Content Marketer who will own the full content pipeline — from creating blog posts and social media content to distributing across 4 channels (3 LinkedIn accounts + Facebook) and analyzing performance to refine strategy. The key differentiator: most of the content creation workflow is powered by Claude AI, so proficiency with AI tools is essential, not optional.

What You'll Do
  • Use Claude AI to create blog posts, social media posts, and captions in Thai for a B2B tech audience
  • Repurpose blog content into 5-12 social media posts per article
  • Manage the social media calendar and publish content on schedule
  • Create visual assets such as carousels and stat cards for social media
  • QA all content before publishing
  • Analyze social media performance (engagement, reach, CTR) to extract insights and continuously adjust content strategy
What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Active, daily use of Claude or other AI tools in real work (this is the most important requirement — we need someone who uses AI as a core workflow, not someone who's just tried it a few times)
  • Strong Thai writing skills with an understanding of B2B tech content
  • Ability to analyze data from LinkedIn Analytics / Facebook Insights — you know what content works and can adjust plans based on data
  • Proficiency with Canva or similar visual design tools
  • At least 1 year of social media management experience
  • Understanding of lead generation — able to design content that drives leads into a funnel and report results to the sales team

Nice-to-have:

  • Basic SEO knowledge
  • Prior experience creating content in the tech or SaaS space
