Battery Process Engineer

Tasks & responsibilities

• Responsible for designing error-proof processes and evaluating process operability.
• Responsible for quality research, technological reform, scientific research, new product development, and localization of each production line as part of the technical assignments delegated by the company or factory.
• Prepare and update process documents for each product in the workshop.
• Optimized management of tools and utensils for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in the review of production auxiliary materials and identification of unqualified materials in each production line.
• Analyze and prevent typical and significant technical quality issues caused by process-related reasons in pre-sale and after-sale, as well as quality problems.
• Responsible for the overall technical plan review, tender evaluation, technical agreement preparation and signing, acceptance, installation and commissioning for production line technical transformation.

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in process development, improvement and manufacturing
• Knowledge of battery technologies and battery pack assembly processes or automotive production background.
• Skilled in PFMEA, control plan and quality control document creation.
• Can communicate English and Thai; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
• Available for shift work.
