The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving merchant growth and excellence for Alipay+ across Thailand, with a strong focus on key accounts, key commercial districts in Greater Bangkok and major tourist destinations. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to ensure high-quality merchant coverage, strong POSM visibility, and consistent transaction growth.
Successful candidate is expected to own key market portfolios end-to-end—developing market strategies, managing ecosystem partnerships, and driving on-ground performance through close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
This role requires a highly commercial, data-driven individual who is equally comfortable in the field as in strategic discussions, with a strong execution, accountability, and measurable results.
