Key Requirement

• We are looking for a BIM & Design Coordination Engineer to support data center projects
• This role is not limited to BIM modelling or drawing production. The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of design and construction requirements and be able to coordinate effectively with the General Contractor (GC), consultants, and site teams.
• The role will be responsible for reviewing design information, identifying discrepancies and constructability issues, verifying actual site conditions, coordinating design changes, and ensuring that drawings and BIM models accurately reflect the latest approved design and site conditions.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• BIM & Design Coordination
• Manage BIM models, drawings, and design coordination across disciplines.
• Review and resolve design conflicts and coordination issues.
• Ensure approved design changes are accurately reflected in BIM and drawings.
• Site Verification & As-Built
• Verify site conditions against approved drawings and BIM models.
• Identify discrepancies and update BIM models, drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Design & Constructability
• Identify and resolve design and constructability issues affecting installation and project delivery.
• Coordinate practical solutions with Project, Technical, GC, and site teams.
• Stakeholder Coordination
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Follow up on design, site, and coordination issues through to resolution.
• Documentation
• Maintain BIM models, drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date project deliverables and document control.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, MEP Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of experience in BIM, fit-out, construction, design coordination, or data center projects.
• Experience with BIM coordination and design review, preferably in fit-out or MEP projects.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or other relevant BIM software.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, design coordination, and site conditions.
• Able to identify problems and provide practical solutions for design and site issues.
• Good coordination and communication skills, especially when working with Owner, GC, consultants, and site teams.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple design changes and site issues.
