BMS Construction Manager

Position: BMS Construction Manager

Location: Thailand

We are looking for an experienced BMS Construction Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale data center project in Thailand.

This position will take ownership of the Building Management System (BMS) scope, covering construction, installation coordination, system integration, testing, and commissioning. The successful candidate will work closely with MEP teams, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure the BMS package is delivered safely, on schedule, and according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the BMS scope throughout the construction and delivery phases.
• Coordinate BMS installation activities with MEP teams, subcontractors, vendors, and other disciplines.
• Oversee integration of BMS with key building systems including HVAC, electrical/power, fire alarm, lighting, and security systems.
• Review control drawings, sequences of operation, technical documentation, and commissioning requirements.
• Monitor project schedule, site progress, technical issues, risks, and quality.
• Support BMS testing, system integration, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure works comply with project specifications, safety requirements, and applicable standards.
• Provide technical guidance and regular progress updates to project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BMS engineering, construction, installation, or commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of BMS, HVAC, electrical systems, controls, and building services.
• Experience managing BMS packages within data centers, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale construction projects is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with major BMS platforms
• Able to interpret control drawings, system architecture, sequences of operation, and commissioning documents.
• Good command of English.
