BMS Construction Manager (Hyperscale Data Center)

Location: Chonburi, Thailand

We are looking for an experienced BMS Construction Manager to join a major data center construction project in Chonburi, Thailand.

The successful candidate will lead the delivery of Building Management Systems (BMS) across the project, covering installation, integration and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end BMS delivery in line with project specifications and construction schedules

• Coordinate BMS installation with MEP and CSA teams, subcontractors and vendors

• Oversee BMS commissioning and integration with HVAC, electrical/power, lighting, fire protection and other building services

• Review control drawings, sequences of operation and commissioning documentation

• Manage project schedules, resources, costs and risks

• Ensure BMS works meet project specifications, safety requirements and relevant standards

• Provide technical guidance and progress updates to key project stakeholders

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• 5+ years of relevant BMS / construction experience

• Strong electrical experience is essential

• Strong technical knowledge of BMS and building services

• Good knowledge of Mechanical/HVAC, Control Systems and Fire Protection

• Experience with BMS platforms such as Honeywell, Siemens or Schneider Electric

• Able to read and review control drawings, sequences of operation and commissioning documentation

Preferred industry backgrounds:

Data Centers, Hospitals, Pharmaceutical or Semiconductor / High-Tech facilities.

Candidates with titles such as BMS Manager, Construction Electrical Engineer/Manager or Construction Mechanical Engineer/Manager with strong BMS exposure are encouraged to apply.
