Assistant Boutique Manager – Luxury Retail

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

We are partnering a renowned global luxury brand to appoint an Assistant Boutique Manager for its boutique in Bangkok. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will serve as the boutique in-charge leading the entire boutique team to drive the boutique business. This role reports directly to the Regional Retail Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of the boutique
• Lead, coach and motivate a team of approximately 6 to achieve individual and boutique sales targets
• Drive commercial performance through strong client engagement, CRM and clienteling initiatives
• Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience while upholding the brand's service standards
• Oversee boutique operations including inventory, visual merchandising, reporting and operational compliance
• Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, productivity and client development
• Build a positive, high-performing team culture through regular coaching and development
• Partner closely with the Regional Retail Manager and relevant regional functions on business priorities and initiatives

Requirements

• Solid experience within luxury retail, ideally within fashion, watches or jewellery.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or boutique leadership capacity
• Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to drive sales and client development
• Hands-on and confident people manager with strong coaching and team leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards and clienteling
• Fluent in Thai and English
• Based in Bangkok or open to being based in Bangkok
