We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Bangkok operations. This role requires a handson leader who can manage a small team of sales and customer service professionals while driving business growth through market penetration, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence. The Branch Manager will act as both a strategist and executor, balancing sales delivery with team development to foster a highperformance, customerfocused culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Bangkok branch, including sales professionals and the customer service team.
- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand B2B customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure operational efficiency and high standards of customer service.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to team members to drive engagement and results.
- Collaborate with regional leadership, marketing, product management, and finance teams to align local priorities with regional objectives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver timely reporting on branch performance, pipeline, and opportunities.
- Uphold compliance with company policies and financial controls, including receivables management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, Engineering would be added advantage.
- 8+ years of industrial B2B sales experience, preferably in distribution or manufacturing environments.
- Driven and results oriented, with engaging leadership.
- Strong communicator with good proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Experience in team leadership and branch management is an advantage.
