Job Summary

This role plays a vital part in maintaining brand identity, creating packaging and marketing materials, and collaborating across teams to deliver innovative design solutions that elevate our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Design Thinking
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and R&D teams to understand project requirements and deliver aligned creative concepts.
- Propose innovative design solutions that align with the brand's identity and strategic objectives.
2. Brand Identity Design
- Apply existing Brand Guidelines consistently across all communication channels.
- Coordinate with branding teams to ensure correct usage of logos, typography, and color palettes.
- Contribute to updating and adapting Brand Guidelines for emerging media and digital platforms.
3. Design Execution & Quality Control
- Create designs for packaging, POS materials, and digital content in line with brand standards.
- Review and refine own work and junior designers outputs prior to final submission.
- Incorporate feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet brand expectations.
4. Design Production Coordination
- Liaise with printers, vendors, or external agencies as assigned.
- Monitor production timelines and conduct preliminary quality checks before mass production.
5. Budget & Documentation Management
- Handle project-related documentation including quotations, contracts, and cost tracking.
- Manage design-related expenses within approved budgets.
6. Other Tasks
- Participate in cross-functional projects or initiatives as assigned to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communication Design, Industrial Design, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in branding, packaging design, or art direction.
- Experience in FMCG, food & beverage industry is a strong advantage.
Skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong creativity with the ability to turn ideas into visual outputs.
- Good understanding of printing processes and packaging production.
- Experience in art direction for both print and digital media.
