  • Driving Brand Growth: Spearhead efforts to drive substantial growth in brand awareness, engagement, and market share through strategic planning and execution.
  • Brand Ownership: Act as the guardian and owner of the brand, ensuring it resonates with the target audience and remains true to its core values and mission.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that encompass marketing, product development, and customer engagement to fuel brand growth and profitability.
  • Merchandising Planning: Collaborate closely with merchandising teams to align product assortment and inventory management strategies with brand objectives, ensuring optimal product offerings.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including online advertising, social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Market Leadership: Stay at the forefront of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights, positioning the brand as an industry leader.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with various departments, including product development, design, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment with brand strategies and drive growth.
  • Marketing and PR: Oversee marketing and PR efforts, including performance marketing, digital marketing, and other promotional activities, to maximize brand exposure and reach target audiences effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment dedicated to achieving growth goals
  • Problem-Solving: Apply creative problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and roadblocks, finding innovative solutions to drive growth.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the brand's health, measuring its impact, and making data-driven adjustments to achieve growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing roles, with a demonstrated track record of driving substantial brand growth.
  • Strong conceptual, graphic design, type, and page layout skills for projects ranging from print to interactive to broadcast.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in marketing software, analytics tools, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong project management capabilities.
  • Thai nationality preferred; must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in Thai.
