Location: Bhiraj Tower at EmQuartier, Bangkok

The website was launched in 2012 and currently carries over 1,000 global and local beauty brands from skincare to makeup, perfumes, among many other categories. The products are offered through various channels including Konvy's in-house e-commerce retail platform, e-commerce marketplaces, and offline retail stores.

Position Summary:

The global Brand Management Manager for our skincare portfolio will be a pivotal role in driving the brand's growth and success. This individual will be responsible for the brand collaboration, go-to-market strategy to market research, brand communication, and trade marketing activities. This role also carries P&L ownership for the skincare portfolio, requiring a strong understanding of financial performance and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Collaboration: Work closely with brand principal on understanding the product portfolio and work with brand on strengthening the brand presence in Thailand
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and existing product lines, including defining target audiences, positioning, pricing, and distribution channels.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand consumer trends, competitive landscapes, and identify opportunities for brand growth. Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Brand Communication: Develop and implement integrated brand communication strategies across all relevant channels (e.g., digital, social media, PR, in-store) to build brand awareness, enhance brand equity, and drive consumer engagement.
  • Trade Marketing: Oversee all trade marketing activities, including developing promotional programs, managing relationships with retailers, and ensuring effective in-store execution to achieve sales targets.
  • P&L Management: Take full ownership of the skincare brand's P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, analyzing financial performance, and implementing strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Supply Chain, Finance) and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of brand plans.
  • Brand Guardianship: Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, upholding brand guidelines and values in all marketing and communication activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of direct brand management experience within FMCG, Beauty, skincare or cosmetics industry is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to work with numbers and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Proven track record of managing a brand's P&L and driving profitable growth.
  • Strong understanding of market research methodologies and consumer behavior in the beauty industry.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English proficiency
