ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:
- Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies that align with commercial targets and long-term brand positioning.
- Formulate annual brand plans and operational strategies to drive visibility, awareness, and brand equity in the Thai market.
- Lead 360° marketing campaigns including digital, social media, influencer partnerships, and offline channels to ensure integrated and impactful brand presence
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to develop compelling storytelling and consistent brand messaging.
- Research emerging trends to continuously evolve content and communication strategies with creativity and relevance.
- Conduct in-depth consumer, market, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform brand strategies.
- Regularly visit markets and trade channels to gather insights, track brand health, monitor competitive activity, and strengthen relationships with business partners.
- Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Innovation, Trade Marketing) to drive new product development, packaging updates, and other brand innovations aligned with consumer trends.
- Conduct ROI and post-campaign analysis to drive data-led decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Take full ownership of the brand's P&L, driving both top-line growth and cost efficiency to meet business objectives.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to forecast demand, optimize pricing strategies, and align commercial plans with brand initiatives.
- Manage A&P budgets effectively to ensure optimal resource allocation and strong return on investment
JOB SPECIFICATION AND KEY COMPETENCY:
- Master degree in business and/or marketing is appreciated.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Marketing in FMCG (alcoholic beverage brand experience is a plus).
- Adaptable, open-minded, and willing to adjust their thoughts, plans, or behavior when circumstance change.
- Handle uncertainty well, consider different perspectives, and are comfortable modifying expectations to achieve better outcome.
- Exhibits strong maturity and leadership presence, with the ability to effectively lead and guide junior team members who have prior experience in the alcohol industry.
- Very Fluent in communicating in Thai and English
