Approximately 5 years of sales or BD experience in overseas Industrial Goods, MRO, or Machinery Parts; proven track record in field sales and ground-push business development.
Key Responsibilities
• Field Expansion & Client Acquisition: Responsible for the offline boots-on-the-ground expansion of the industrial e-commerce business; independently handle client visits, commercial negotiations, and contract signings to achieve regional sales and acquisition targets.
• Resource Management: Reactivate and leverage existing client and channel resources to develop local B2B accounts (e.g., factories, distributors) and establish a stable distribution and partnership ecosystem.
• E-commerce Operations: Familiar with the operating rules of local mainstream industrial e-commerce platforms; manage product listings, traffic optimization, and synchronize online/offline efforts to drive conversion rates.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to formulate localized acquisition strategies; maintain long-term client relationships to improve repurchase rates and customer satisfaction.
• Order Fulfillment & Feedback: Oversee the end-to-end process including order delivery, payment collection, and after-sales coordination; provide timely market feedback and actionable business optimization suggestions.
Requirements
• Experience: Approximately 5 years of sales or BD experience in overseas Industrial Goods, MRO, or Machinery Parts; proven track record in field sales and ground-push business development.
• Industry Knowledge: Preference given to candidates with existing local client/channel resources; deep understanding of B2B e-commerce models and platform operations.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in the local official language (fluent for business negotiation) and Mandarin Chinese.
• Background: Open to local Chinese nationals; must be comfortable with field work and business travel; strong ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Engineering, International Trade, or Marketing are preferred.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional business negotiation skills and sophisticated CRM (Customer Relationship Management) abilities.
