Key Responsibilities

• Support brand and product strategy execution to drive business growth.
• Analyze market, consumer, and competitor trends to identify opportunities.
• Manage NPD and EPD projects in collaboration with R&D and cross-functional teams.
• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across offline and online channels.
• Plan and evaluate consumer promotions and sales support activities.
• Develop product knowledge materials and support sales training.
• Monitor sales performance, marketing spend, and campaign effectiveness.
• Manage assigned marketing budgets efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Brand, Product, or Marketing roles, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong understanding of brand management, product lifecycle, and go-to-market strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making.
• Strong project management, coordination, and execution skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
• Passion for pets and a proactive, collaborative working mindset.
