About the Brand

We are one of Thailand's well-known dessert brands, trusted by dessert lovers nationwide and recognized for our strong product identity, seasonal innovations, and social buzz.

With continued expansion across premium locations, we are looking for a Brand Manager who truly understands dessert & F&B retail to take our brand to the next level.

The Role

As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for shaping brand strategy, driving campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand execution across all customer touchpoints — from product launches to in-store experience and digital platforms.

This role is ideal for candidates who have hands-on experience in dessert, bakery, café, or F&B retail brands and want to work with a brand that already has strong market awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead brand strategy, positioning, and communication for a famous dessert retail brand
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activations
  • Work closely with Product, Operations, and Store teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities within the dessert / bakery segment
  • Manage ATL / BTL / Digital Marketing initiatives with a focus on retail-driven results
  • Oversee brand performance and ensure alignment with business objectives

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Brand Marketing within Dessert, Bakery, Café, or F&B Retail
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior in food & dessert categories
  • Proven experience launching products or campaigns in a retail environment
  • Experience with fast-moving, trend-driven brands is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
