In Thailand, the brand is already an established and beloved name — and we're now entering a decisive growth phase. Today, we're scaling up on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our DTC and social commerce channels. Tomorrow, we'll expand into modern trade (Watsons, Boots, Eveandboy). We're building a Thailand brand team that pairs commercial sharpness with high-velocity creative execution to turn this brand into a leading household skincare name.
The Role
As the
Brand Manager, you will be the commercial and creative anchor for the brand in Thailand. This is not a traditional corporate brand management role where you simply localized global assets. This is an entrepreneurial, high-ownership mandate to run the brand as your own business unit.
You will own the end-to-end P&L, commercial strategy, local brand positioning, and full-funnel marketing execution. You will bridge the gap between global brand identity and local cultural relevance, scaling our presence across both online marketplace/social commerce and premium offline beauty retail.
What You'll Do
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Localize the global brand identity for the Thai consumer. Own the local narrative, ensuring consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all online and offline touch points.
- Commercial & P&L Ownership: Drive the top-line growth and bottom-line profitability of the brand in Thailand. Set commercial targets, manage marketing budgets, optimize pricing and promo strategies, and run the portfolio to maximize ROI across all sales channels.
- Full-Funnel Marketing & Campaign Execution: Architect and ship integrated marketing campaigns that drive both brand equity and instant conversion. Lead the local campaign calendar across product launches, seasonal mega-sales (11.11, 12.12), and monthly double-digit activations.
- Social Commerce & Creator Playbook: Partner with our in-house social commerce experts to scale our affiliate marketing, livestreaming, and short-video playbooks. Build deep relationships with top beauty creators, mega-influencers, and community advocates.
- Product Management & Localization: Own the product lifecycle for Thailand. Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and regulatory landscapes to launch new SKUs, optimize existing product mixes, and identify high-potential categories tailored specifically for Thai skincare needs.
- Cross-Functional & Global Alignment: Act as the primary bridge between local execution teams (Live, Affiliate, Media Buying, Operations, Supply Chain) and global HQ in Korea to align on product supply, global brand guidelines, and regional growth priorities.
- Offline Retail Expansion: Design and execute the go-to-market strategy for premium modern trade and beauty retail (Eveandboy, Watsons, Boots), ensuring our offline presence matches the velocity and premium feel of our digital channels.
Who You Are
- Experience: 4-7 years of brand management, product marketing, or commercial growth experience in the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or fast-moving FMCG industries. Experience managing a Korean or global beauty brand is a major plus.
- Social Commerce & Digital Native: Deeply fluent in the mechanics of TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and social commerce ecosystems. You understand that modern brand building happens through creators, algorithms, and real-time community engagement.
- Analytical & Commercial Sharpness: Strong data-driven mindset. You are comfortable running a P&L, analyzing campaign ROI, assessing market share, and turning data points into immediate commercial actions.
- Creative Force & Trend Hunter: You live and breathe social media and beauty trends. You know what makes a short-form video viral, what hook captures attention in 3 seconds, and how to brief creative teams to build high-conversion content.
- AI-Forward Mindset: Open to or experienced in using AI tools (such as generative creative tools, analytics co-pilots, automation tools) to scale creative output, sharpen briefs, accelerate research, and unlock decisions fast.
- People Leadership: Proven track record of managing and developing direct reports or cross-functional team members.
- Mindset: Strong bias for action, high adaptability, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
