Business Analyst – Airline/Cargo Domain
Location: Bangkok, Thailand (On-site)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in the Airline/Cargo domain to drive business analysis, requirement management, and system enhancement initiatives for mission-critical airline applications.
The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and architects to ensure successful delivery of enhancements, issue resolution, and continuous system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and elicit requirements
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Work closely with development teams to address and resolve system/code issues
- Define and document BRD, FRS, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, and requirement clarifications
- Ensure features align with business and operational needs
- Investigate and resolve production issues in collaboration with technical teams
- Support corrective, predictive, and evolutionary maintenance activities
- Work with data and analytics to proactively identify system risks
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for system performance and functionality
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in IT, with strong exposure to Airline/Cargo systems
- Experience with CHAMP Cargosystems is a plus
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Proven experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and backlog management
- Hands-on experience working with enhancements, fixes, and feature development
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
