Job Description
- Gather to understand the existing end-to-end business process as as is model
- Identify improvement opportunities and create a to-be model
- Analyze the process risks and propose their mitigations
- Analyze, translate, communicate, manage and document Business Requirements
- Develop UAT test scenario/test case based on business scenarios and FSD
- Provide support in clarifying issues between business user and technology team during SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Post Go-Live
- Ensure the deliverables meet specifications
- Contribute to team by accomplishing related results as needed
- Build a strong relationship and manage expectations with users and stake holders
Qualification and Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, business administration or related fields
- Experience at least 5 years working as business analysis, process improvement or and project implementation
- Having knowledge of business operations for the Bank or financial services industry
- Experience in OCRM or contact center would be an advantage
- Analytical, systematic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
- Self-motivated, good team working, fast learning and willing to contribute
- Negotiation and Persuasion Skills
