Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Product Setup & Optimization: Own and manage in-app product setups and asset rollouts. Audit, standardise, and optimize current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency across cross-functional teams.
• Data Pipelines & Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain reliable data pipelines to ensure continuous data availability, high accuracy, and accessibility for business decision-making teams.
• Data Analysis & Business Insights: Conduct quantitative analysis to solve complex operational challenges and uncover insights for cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in fast-paced e-commerce or technology environments. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Education: Bachelor's degree from a top university in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields).
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data into clear insights for business stakeholders.
• Collaboration: A collaborative team player who embodies high ownership, a get-it-done attitude, and comfort working alongside multi-cultural teams across regions.
