We're hiring: Business Analyst
Location: Bangkok (Rama 3), Thailand (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with cross-functional business units (e.g., HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales) to gather, document, and prioritize system requirements
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, process walkthroughs, and workflow mapping to understand business pain points and improvement opportunities
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and wireframes for developers and system vendors
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and third-party vendors to ensure mutual understanding of project scope and deliverables
- Support solution design discussions, clarify requirements, and align proposed features with business needs
- Participate in system testing (UAT), documentation, and change request handling throughout the project lifecycle
- Track and manage requirement changes, feedback, and approvals in a structured manner
- Provide training and walkthroughs to end-users (where needed) to ensure system adoption and alignment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields
- Minimum 35 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in IT or ERP/digital transformation projects
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder facilitation
- Able to communicate effectively with both business users and technical developers
- Familiar with HRIS, ERP, workflow systems, or internal portals is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Microsoft Visio is preferred
- Good documentation skills in Thai and English; ability to summarize requirements clearly and accurately
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
