ABOUT THE JOB

  • Lead end-to-end business analysis activities for complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and project closure
  • Define and control project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables
  • Develop integrated project plans and coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring effective issue resolution
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and facilitate workshops, meetings, and project governance activities
  • Validate delivered solutions against business objectives and ensure successful value realization
  • Ensure projects follow SDLC, Agile, or Hybrid delivery methodologies and organizational governance standards
  • Support continuous process improvement and contribute to strategic business initiatives

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or hybrid BA/PM roles
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Experience managing project scope, budgets, timelines, and resources
  • Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
  • Experience leading teams of 5–6 members or more is preferred
  • Professional proficiency in Thai and English
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
