ABOUT THE JOB
- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities for complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and project closure
- Define and control project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables
- Develop integrated project plans and coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring effective issue resolution
- Drive stakeholder engagement and facilitate workshops, meetings, and project governance activities
- Validate delivered solutions against business objectives and ensure successful value realization
- Ensure projects follow SDLC, Agile, or Hybrid delivery methodologies and organizational governance standards
- Support continuous process improvement and contribute to strategic business initiatives
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or hybrid BA/PM roles
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
- Experience managing project scope, budgets, timelines, and resources
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Experience leading teams of 5–6 members or more is preferred
- Professional proficiency in Thai and English
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
