About the Role

Business Analyst

Responsibility

• Initiate and conduct meetings with clients to gather and analyze business requirements and identify client needs.
• Actively participate in client discussions to clarify requirements and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate between clients and internal teams to communicate requirements and provide regular project status updates.
• Participate in end-to-end project activities, ensuring the system is fully developed, tested, and completed prior to client delivery.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to ensure clients fully understand and can effectively use the system.
• Maintain and support system scripts by investigating and resolving issues such as reconciliation failures or changes in source data.
• Perform root cause analysis, fix issues, and redeploy updated scripts to ensure system accuracy and continuity.
• Develop new or enhanced SQL scripts when necessary to support project operations and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2– 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with data warehousing, big data, or business intelligence (BI) solutions.
• Experience in the banking, telecommunications, or insurance industries is an advantage.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with strong ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills are a plus, along with good English communication and writing abilities.
