MR.DIY Thailand is seeking a hands-on Business Analyst Manager to join the Corporate Strategy team. This role focuses on business analysis, corporate planning, financial analysis, manpower planning, and supporting strategic business improvement initiatives across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Strategic Planning
- Work with business stakeholders to define business problems, project scope, success metrics, and data requirements.
- Analyze financial, business, HR, and operational data to identify trends, root causes, and business improvement opportunities.
- Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, dashboards, and executive reports to support management decisions.
- Translate business requirements into practical recommendations and action plans.
Corporate Strategy & Business Improvement
- Support corporate strategy initiatives, budgeting, cost optimization, manpower planning, productivity improvement, and business transformation projects.
- Conduct business performance analysis and identify strategic improvement opportunities.
- Prepare management presentations and executive summaries.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Corporate Finance, HR, Operations, and other business units.
- Track project progress and ensure timely execution.
Stakeholder Management
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and project updates.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to management.
- Provide guidance to junior team members when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5–10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Corporate Strategy, Corporate Finance, HRBP, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Consulting, or related fields.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written); Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
- Experience in Retail, FMCG, Banking, Logistics, or Consulting, and professional certifications (MBA, PMP, CFA, SHRM, Lean Six Sigma) are an advantage.
