Business Analyst

What applies to you

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, managing requirements, supporting project delivery, providing user training, and assisting with pre-sales activities to ensure successful system implementation and client satisfaction.

What you will do

• Understand clients business and process needs and translate them into user requirements and technical specifications.
• Manage requirements and change request processes.
• Support project planning, execution, progress monitoring, and issue escalation to ensure timely project delivery.
• Guide and advise clients on system usage and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Conduct end-user application training and system demonstrations.
• Develop and maintain operational and training documentation.
• Work closely with the technical team to understand application architecture and functionalities.
• Maintain good relationships with clients and users.
• Conduct integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide pre-sales support to the Business Development team.
• Travel to meet clients when required.

What you will need

• Preferably a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, enterprise IT projects, or a related field.
• Preferably possess a Degree in Business Management, IT, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience or knowledge of enterprise IT systems, particularly in the insurance or financial services industry, is an added advantage.
