Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to transform complex business data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making, operational excellence, and business growth.

In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to analyse performance, identify trends and opportunities, develop management reports and dashboards, and provide actionable recommendations that drive business performance. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with business acumen and enjoys solving problems through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and analyse business data from multiple markets and functions to support decision-making and performance tracking.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and executive presentations that provide clear visibility of business performance, trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Monitor key business metrics, sales performance, customer growth, product performance, and operational effectiveness, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
• Analyse the effectiveness of business events, marketing activities, and growth initiatives by evaluating participation, outcomes, return on investment, and overall impact.
• Support forecasting, annual planning, and business reviews through data analysis and performance reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data accuracy, operational efficiency, and business workflows through automation and digital solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Business, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to improve reporting standards and support strategic projects.
• Coordinate website and digital content reporting, ensuring information remains current and aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare management reports, business proposals, presentations, meeting summaries, and strategic documentation for leadership discussions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical platforms are an advantage.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Commercial Analytics, Performance Reporting, or a related field.
• Experience supporting commercial, sales, marketing, business development, or operational functions.
• Proven experience in reporting, dashboard development, data visualization, and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in a regional or multinational organisation would be an advantage.
