Business Analyst

Job Description

• Lead and implement the key strategic initiatives to transform either process, people, or organization
• Provide the proactive consulting by identify and determine the optimal method and solution
• Review overall business workflow and look into areas for better efficiency and effectiveness on corporate operational performances
• Perform analysis for further development and implementation of a structured methodology for a smoother process
• Lead Project Teams and facilitates collaborative architecture discussions among the functional representatives
• Manage the execution of the project with a focus on maintaining project scope and company direction/business goals

Required

• At least 5 years experienced in process improvement and/or business process analysis
• Knowledge in Project Management /Process Improvement/ Process Mapping/ Process Analysis
• Knowledge of IT common terms , common logic for development & implementation process
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced communication skills both verbally and in writing with management, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company
