Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To facilitate and coordinate the departments involved in BIA, RA strategy development, business continuity planning, exercises, and testing.
- To coordinate with relevant departments to ensure site compliance with the BCM System, ISO22301 requirements, and Global Central Program Office standards.
- To coordinate with HDD BPI, THO and PRB working team on BCMS operation and document subject matters.
- To ensure ongoing operations and mitigate losses during disruptions, coordinate technology resources with departments and development teams as needed.
- To facilitate timely identification, escalation, resolution and follow up for all outstanding issues.
- To develop and maintain BCMS documentation.
- To provide training to all employee having a need to understand the BCM process.
- To perform all department administrative activities, BCM performance status reporting, budgeting, strategic planning, expense processing, documentation and other activities per assignment.
- Other defines in BCMS document.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Laws, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Proven work experience a minimum of 4 – 7 years of experience in the relevant industry or related field
PREFERRED:
- Proven work experience ISO 22301, ISO 14001, ISO45001 , ISO/TS 16949 or relevant ISO standard
- Certificate in ISO 22301 training courses series such as ISO 22301 Requirement and Implementation, Lead/Internal Auditor, Business Impact Analysis, Risk assessment, Business Continuity Plan, etc. or ISO related field
SKILLS:
- Demonstrate a good level of English proficiency (written / verbal).
- Logical thinking and analytical skills.
- Strong listening, communication, interpersonal and relational skills to develop a good relationship within the organization.
