Responsibility
- Responsible for sales growth and strategic planning and implementing sales to Key Accounts in the Animal Health business
- Will require strong key account management capabilities, including crafting robust account plans that coordinate regional and technical resources.
- He or She serves their customers as a product and industry counselors who support customer organizational objectives regarding farm biosecurity, safety, quality, and operations.
- Drive sales process at customers as required by direct customer interaction (e.g. visits, customer workshops training)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinarian science or animal science
- At least 5 years of managing large and complex Key Accounts in animal health business/poultry farm management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Leadership (manage without direct authority)
- Strong relationship/trust-building capabilities
- Key Account management skills
- Project management skills
- Ability to work in and across international teams.
- Good command of English
- Able to travel and working
