About this Job
As the Business Development Associate, you will be part of a team responsible for identifying potential investments for Fuchsia Venture Capital, and driving growth of the companies within the Fuchsia Venture Capital portfolio. You will support in planning and driving strategic alliance, and ensuring successful business collaboration with Muang Thai Group Holding (MTGH). You will report directly to the head of business development, and collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams within Muang Thai Group Holding (MTGH).

Responsibilities
Strategic planning
- Support with research to provide navigation to the right strategic direction for companies to grow or collaborate with Muang Thai Group Holding (MTGH)
- Develop and execute business plan and strategies
- Collaborate with senior leadership across functional areas to gain buy-in to the strategy and execute
Business analysis and insights
- Conduct analysis to understand the market - business landscape, competitive landscape, ecosystem, trends, and identify growth opportunities
- Utilize data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and optimized business performance
Performance monitoring and reporting
- Monitoring performance of companies within the portfolio to ensure growth as planned
- Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement
Project management and execution
- Develop and execute project plans to ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project execution and achievement of KPIs
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between key stakeholders
Basic qualifications
- Bachelors degree or above in business, finance, marketing or related field
- 3-4 years of experience in financial analysis, project management, management consulting, or related fields
- Strong leadership skills with high accountability
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong project management skills
- Good with numbers and can build financial models, and business feasibility model
- Ability to work well in fast-moving environment
- Fluent in Thai and English (both speaking and writing)
- Understanding of insurance business is highly preferred
