Role Overview

The Sales Business Development Executive is responsible for driving new business and pipeline growth in Thailand through direct customer engagement and channel partners. The role requires a basic technical understanding of cybersecurity.

This position is ideal for candidates with strong relationship-building skills, commercial drive, and technical curiosity, who want to grow into a senior sales or country leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Pipeline Generation

- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through direct prospecting, channel partners and industry events

- Qualify opportunities by understanding business needs and basic technical requirements

- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with targets

2. Channel & Partner Engagement

- Work closely with resellers, system integrators, MSSPs and distributors

- Support partners in opportunity identification, joint meetings and follow-ups

3. Customer Engagement & Sales Execution

- Conduct customer meetings to understand security challenges and IT environments

- Coordinate demos, PoCs, pricing, and proposals with presales and regional sales leads

4. Account Development & Market Intelligence

- Build long-term customer and partner relationships

- Provide feedback on competitors and market trends

5. Sales Reporting & Discipline

- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reports

- Follow company sales processes and compliance requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related fields

- 14 years experience in sales, business development or IT/cybersecurity-related roles

- Basic technical understanding of networking, endpoint, cloud and cybersecurity concepts

Language Requirements:

- Fluent Thai required for customer and partner engagement

- English (working proficiency)

- Basic Mandarin speaking is an advantage for regional / HQ coordination
