We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Business Development Executive to support our growth in Bangkok. This role requires a motivated individual with strong communication skills, the ability to identify new opportunities, and the drive to convert prospects into longterm customers. You will play a key role in expanding our B2B footprint while supporting the sales team to achieve regional targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential sales leads through networking, research, and digital channels.
- Execute cold calling and outreach activities to engage new prospects.
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing partners to drive business growth.
- Convert prospects into active customers and manage their ongoing development.
- Prepare quotations and support the sales team in achieving assigned sales budgets.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and present them effectively to clients.
- Respond promptly to issues that directly affect sales performance.
- Oversee the growth of assigned markets and client accounts.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Achieve monthly sales targets with clear KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in CRM systems.

Qualifications:
