Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Business Development Executive to support our growth in Bangkok. This role requires a motivated individual with strong communication skills, the ability to identify new opportunities, and the drive to convert prospects into longterm customers. You will play a key role in expanding our B2B footprint while supporting the sales team to achieve regional targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential sales leads through networking, research, and digital channels.
  • Execute cold calling and outreach activities to engage new prospects.
  • Build and nurture relationships with new and existing partners to drive business growth.
  • Convert prospects into active customers and manage their ongoing development.
  • Prepare quotations and support the sales team in achieving assigned sales budgets.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and present them effectively to clients.
  • Respond promptly to issues that directly affect sales performance.
  • Oversee the growth of assigned markets and client accounts.
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets with clear KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in CRM systems.

  • 24 years of experience in sales or business development preferred, with the aspiration to grow into outside sales roles.
  • Experience working with sales teams and engaging new customers is an advantage.
  • Driven, motivated with passion to make business impact and customer-centric.
