Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, strategically-minded Business Development Executive to accelerate our growth. You will be at the forefront of the Web3 sports revolution, responsible for building high-impact partnerships with cricket stars, gaming influencers, sports organizations, and Web3 ecosystems. Your goal is to expand our user base and strengthen our market position as the world's leading interactive cricket platform.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and close deals with professional cricketers, talent agencies, and sports brands to secure exclusive IP and marketing collaborations.
- Ecosystem Growth: Build and maintain relationships with Web3 partners, including blockchain foundations (TON, Solana, etc.), NFT marketplaces, and crypto exchanges.
- Creator Engagement: Onboard gaming creators and influencers to drive community-led growth and viral social challenges (e.g., #SIXRChallenge).
- Market Expansion: Scout opportunities within the cricket-playing world (India, UAE, UK, Australia, etc.) to localize growth strategies and partnership efforts.
- B2B Collaboration: Coordinate with internal product and marketing teams to ensure partner deliverables are integrated seamlessly into the gaming experience.
- Performance Tracking: Manage the BD pipeline and provide regular reports on partnership ROI, user acquisition metrics, and market trends.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales within the Gaming, Fintech, or Sports Management industries.
- A deep understanding of Web3 concepts (NFTs, DAOs, Blockchain gaming) and a genuine passion for Cricket.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with high-profile athletes and C-level executives.
- An existing network within the sports industry or the Web3/Crypto space is a major plus.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and is comfortable with the evolving nature of the SportsFi sector.
